Team/Player Handicap Requirements:
-The pair must have a minimum combined GA handicap of 8.0 or a maximum GA handicap of 60.0 before the daily handicap for each team is calculated.
-The pairs's playing handicap on the day will be 1/4 of their combined daily handicap.
-Handicap: At least 1 player per team must have a current Golf Australia Handicap
-Non-Handicap Players: Given a daily handicap of Men 15.0, Women 25.0
-Minimum of 6 tee shots per player. Must be indicated on the card.

Through to the green:
-A ball may be placed within one club length of its original position, no closer to the hole.
-The ball must remain in the same condition as its original lie. For example if the ball is in the rough, it must remain in the rough.

Bunkers and Hazards:
-If the selected ball lies in a bunker or penalty area, the ball may be placed within one club length, no closer to the hole, and still remain within the bunker or penalty area.

On the Green:
On the putting green, the ball may be placed within one card length of its original spot, no closer to the hole.

1. Refund Eligibility:
-Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date. The refunded amount will not include the ticket processing fee.
-Refund requests within 14 days of the event will not be honoured unless exceptional circumstances (e.g medical reasons with documentation).
2. Processing Fees:
-A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs. On a $70 ticket, $63 will be refunded.
3. Event Cancellation:
-If the event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund, not including the processing fee, will be provided.
4. Ticket Transfers:
-If unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the organizers are informed at least 48 hours before the event.
5. Refund Requests:
-All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to sapphiregolftours@gmail.com
