CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING - RISK WARNING
Skating, Inline Skating, Roller Skating and other wheeled activities are dangerous sports and carry inherent risks. Accidental falls that result in injury, loss or damage do happen. Princess on Skates (Belle Hadiwidjaja) and guest instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person participating in this skate lesson howsoever caused.
Protective gear are strongly recommended to be used at all times during the skate lesson. This includes helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards. Each person must take all reasonable care when participating in these events including, without limitation, obeying the safety instructions of the skate instructor. The skate instructor has sole discretion to remove a person from the event if, in the opinion of the skate instructor, the person is acting in a negligent and/or dangerous manner.
By taking part in this skate lesson you acknowledge that Roller skating, Inline skating and other wheeled activities are dangerous and could result in injury, loss or damage & that you are partaking in this activity at your own risk.
By purchasing a ticket to our class, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Conditions of Participation and Risk Warnings set out above, and that by participating in skate lessons (or allowing your child to do so), you freely and voluntarily acknowledge and accept this risk on your own behalf and on behalf of your child.

If you do not wish to be photographed please inform your class teacher before the class.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 24 hours is non-refundable. Cancellation more than 24 hours ahead is refundable, except for the ticket fee $0.50 per ticket.
