Terms and Conditions for Ticketing
1. General Information
• These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased for the Evolve: Life Reimagined Summit (the “Event”), scheduled for March 27, 2025 and March 26, 2025
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase
• All tickets are non-refundable, except as required by law or outlined in the refund policy.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Event organizers.
• A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the Event. Digital and printed copies are acceptable.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
• The organisers reserve the right to change the Event’s date, venue, schedule, speakers, or other details. Attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
• If the Event is canceled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund. No other compensation will be provided.
• In the case of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4. Attendee Conduct
• Attendees must adhere to the rules and regulations of the venue.
• Behaviour deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
• Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of Event content is prohibited.
5. Liability
• The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event, except as required by law.
• Attendees participate in activities and workshops at their own risk.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
• Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for Event-related purposes, including communication and marketing and follow up emails from our sponsors.
• By attending the Event, attendees agree to possibly appear in Event photography or videography used for promotional purposes.
7. Accessibility
• The organizers are committed to ensuring accessibility for all attendees. If you have specific requirements, please contact evolvelifereimagined@gmail.com at least 1 week before the Event.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable unless:
– The Event is canceled.
– You are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances (as determined at the sole discretion of the organisers).
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to eevolvelifereimagined@gmail.com no later than 1 week before the event.
9. COVID-19 or Other Health-Related Policies
• Attendees must comply with all health and safety protocols in place at the time of the Event.
• The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone displaying symptoms of illness or refusing to follow safety protocols.
10. Force Majeure
• The organisers are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
