Cancellation and Refund Policy for Kids Art Workshops

At Impact Gym we strive to provide a positive and enriching experience for all our participants. Please take note of our cancellation and refund policy for kids' art workshops:

1. Cancellations by Participants:
More than 7 days before the workshop: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to the workshop date, you will be eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).
Within 7 days of the workshop: If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, a 50% refund will be issued to cover administration costs.
Less than 48 hours before the workshop: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
No-show: If you do not attend the workshop without prior cancellation, the booking is considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Us:
If the workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other emergencies), we will offer you the choice of:
A full refund of your booking fee, or
An option to transfer your booking to another workshop at no additional charge.

3. Special Circumstances:
In case of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may offer a full or partial refund, or reschedule your booking, at our discretion. Please provide documentation where possible.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:
To cancel or request a refund, please contact us at kidsworld@impactgroup.org.au with the following details:
Your booking reference number
The name of the participant
The reason for cancellation

A safety waiver must be signed on the day before participating in the workshop.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
