ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.

The standard entry fee is $10 for adults or $50 for an all-weekend pass to see all ten gardens. There is no concession price for this festival. Free admission for under 18s.

We will email ticket buyers a couple of weeks before the festival with the complete addresses for each garden to help you plan their weekend.

Open Gardens SA is a not-for-profit organisation overseen by a dedicated committee of volunteers. The organisation actively promotes the benefits of gardens and gardening and donates money raised from events to many horticultural and community projects.
Master Landscapers of SA is the professional industry body representing landscaping in Adelaide and regional South Australia, building capacity and capability across the industry, ensuring members deliver the highest quality standards and levels of professionalism for their customers.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, no refunds are offered where the event goes ahead, and you choose not to attend.

Refunds on completed bookings will only be given if the event is cancelled.

If the event is cancelled, we will contact all ticket holders by email or phone to offer a refund (Refunds are exclusive of any booking fees).

WEATHER:
The event will go ahead, rain or shine. Please bring suitable clothing or protection from showers and hot or cold weather.

However, if the weather makes the event dangerous or the authorities declare catastrophic fire danger, Open Gardens SA and Master Landscapers of SA will postpone the event to a new date or cancel.
