1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. However, it is your responsibility to arrange and inform the new attendee of the event details and these terms.
2. Discounts: Discounts are exclusively available to registered members of the Iranian Society of Queensland (ISQLD). Proof of membership may be required at the time of purchase.
3. Photography & Videography Consent: By purchasing tickets, attendees consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for ISQLD’s promotional purposes, including social media platforms.
4. Advance Ticket Sales Only: Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door due to preparation requirements.
5. No Alcohol: Alcohol consumption, including BYO, is strictly prohibited on council property in accordance with venue regulations.
6. Child Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the event.
7. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and abide by the event rules. ISQLD reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting disruptively.
Venue Capacity: Entry is subject to the venue’s capacity limits. ISQLD will not be liable for inability to accommodate attendees once capacity is reached.
8. Dietary Requirements: While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee that all dishes will meet specific dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies, vegetarian). Please inquire in advance if you have concerns.
9. Event Changes: ISQLD reserves the right to modify the event schedule or offerings without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. The Organizer ( ISQLD ) will not be held liable for any cancellation or change due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
11. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event management purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary for the operation of the event.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer (ISQLD ) is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs in connection with attending the Event, unless caused by the Organizer’s negligence.
