AOD DOSHC Vacation Care Program Terms and Conditions (2025)
General Information
The DOSHC Vacation Care Program provides children with a fun and safe holiday experience. Our program is designed to support social, emotional, and physical development through engaging activities.
Bookings
Places are limited, and bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Minimum Attendance
A minimum of 4 students is required for the program to run on any given day.
If this minimum is not met, parents/guardians will be notified, and any payments for that day will be refunded or credited.
Fees
The daily fee for the Vacation Care Program is $85 per child.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@accentondancesa.com.au at least 5 full business days before the booked session.
Cancellations made outside this period will forfeit the full daily fee.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must also be requested via email.
Attendance
The program operates Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Children must be signed IN and OUT by a parent or guardian using the digital kiosk system.
Parents/guardians must notify the program of any absences or late arrivals.
Health and Safety
If your child is unwell or showing any symptoms of illness, they must stay home until fully recovered.
Staff are authorised to seek medical attention or administer first aid in case of an emergency.
The program maintains the following staff-to-student ratios:
In-house activities: 1:15
Food
Parents must provide all meals (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea) and a refillable water bottle daily.
The program is Allergy Aware; please avoid sending foods containing nuts.
Clothing and Belongings
Children should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activities scheduled.
All belongings should be clearly labelled. The program is not responsible for lost items.
Consent
By completing the online booking form, you confirm the following:
You consent to your child/ren participating in all planned activities.
You understand and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
You acknowledge that all medical and special needs information provided is accurate and up to date.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
