Withdrawal and Refund Policy
1. Cancellations:
o Full Refund: If a student cancels in writing (via mail or email) at least 3 days before the course, a refund will be issued minus administrative fees.
o No Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 2 days before the event or the student fails to attend, fees are forfeited.
2. Event Cancellation:
o If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, refunds will be issued.
3. Minors:
o Students under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

1. Compliance:
o Events operate under Archery Victoria and Archery Australia policies. Participants must acknowledge and adhere to these policies:

2. Child Safety:
o Participants must follow the Archery Victoria Child Safe Policy and comply with Victorian Child Safe Legislation to ensure a safe environment for children.
