By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

1. Any cancellations or no shows will forfeit the full session fee.

2. There are no reschedule for the Christmas Mini Sessions.

3. Late arrivals to the session could result in your session being cut short or cancelled if there are other clients scheduled after your session.

4. Sessions are up to 20 minutes long.

5. Each session is limited to a maximum of 6 participants.

6. The Christmas mini session package includes 5 high resolution digital images which will be available for download via an online gallery no later than 2 weeks after the photoshoot date. The online galleries will only be active for a total of 2 months after the session date.

7. The images received are for your personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorise any reproductions by parties other than by Christine Arnaldi Photographer.

8. Christine Arnaldi Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created.

9. Christine Arnaldi shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on her website and/or studio. If Christine Arnaldi Photographer desires to make other uses, she shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client.

10. If Christine Arnaldi Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, pandemic, act of God or causes beyond her control, then every attempt will be made to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, the session fee twill be refunded and there will be no further liability. Further, if Christine Arnaldi Photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to camera and processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of Christine Arnaldi Photographer liability shall be limited to the refund of the session fee minus expenses.

11. I, am the parent or guardian of minors involved in the photoshoot and I have the legal authority to execute this release on behalf of the child/ren. In consideration of the child’s engagement as a model and for other valuable consideration received, I give Christine Arnaldi Photographer, legal representatives, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to take and use photographs of the child named below taken by the Photographer (“Photographs”) in all forms, media and manners, in conjunction with the child’s or a fictitious name, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes.

12. Christine Arnaldi Photographer reserves the right at any time to cancel the Contract for any reason, with a full refund to be provided to the Client.
