Cancellation, Changes and Refunds
Bookings to an event can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 weeks prior to the event. Alternatively, bookings may be transferred to another attendee if the booked person can identify one. After 3 weeks, a 30% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation in the last 7 days prior to an event will result in 100% loss of fee as unfortunately we cannot rebook in that time normally, but if the space can be rebooked, we will generally refund the ticket. Changing a booking type or moving your booking to another clinic or private lessons is generally preferred, and we will not apply fees to this unless there have been specific costs or losses associated with your change, and dependent on circumstances. We will generally always try to work with you to ensure penalties and costs are not incurred wherever possible, but we are a small business and hope you can understand that late cancellations often result in costs to us and an inability to fill that space in our schedule.
