The FMHPDP team reserves the right to cancel workshops/bookings, in which case, all fees will be refunded. If participants withdraw up to 72 hours prior to the commencement of the workshop, 50% of the fee will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the workshop.

Bookings are non-transferable to future workshops, but bookings for a particular workshop can be transferred to another person if the event organiser is notified of this at least 48 hours in advance.

Payments by credit card are preferred. Payments by invoice will only be accepted for group bookings of $1500 (+GST) or more.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
