Withdrawal and Refund Policy

A Student after registering may cancel their registration under the following conditions only.
If the cancellation is advised formally (in writing either mail or email) with the Organising Committee at least 3 days prior to the course for a full refund, less administration fees, if a student cancels less than 2 days prior to the actual event date, no refund will be issued. If the archer fails to attend the course, they will forfeit all fees. Only applicable to monies paid to Wangaratta Archers Inc. If we are forced to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control a refund will be issued.
All Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian at all times.

Code of Conduct
Archery in Victoria is conducted under the auspices of Archery Victoria and Archery Australia and as such entry to sanctioned events requires acknowledgement and acceptance of the policies and procedures of Archery Victoria and Archery Australia, which can be found at:

I understand that Child Safe Legislation applies in Victoria. I will ensure that my conduct and actions throughout the event and, at any time whilst at the venue, comply with the Archery Victoria Child Safe Policy and the Victorian Child Safe Legislation.
