The Year 12 Formal is an annual event organised by Bentleigh Secondary College to celebrate the achievements and camaraderie of our 2025 Year 12 Cohort. It is an evening of dining, dancing, and making cherished memories with fellow classmates and teachers.
Conditions of Attendees:
• All participants must be current Year 12, 2025 Bentleigh Secondary College students.
• The college reserves the right to withdraw students if their behaviour leading up to the formal breaches College Code of conduct. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
• This event is a school-sponsored activity, and all school rules and regulations apply.
• Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited.
• Students possessing or under the influence of drugs/alcoholic will be removed from the venue.
• Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in further action.
• Students are required to dress appropriately and exhibit behaviour reflecting BSC school values.
• Payment is non-refundable.
Consent Statement:
I understand that this event is organized and supervised by Bentleigh Secondary College staff, and all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the students. The event will finish at 11:00PM Sharp.
