BOOKING CANCELLATION
Ticket cancellations, received by 5.00pm 10 days prior to the event, will be refunded in full.
All cancellations and changes must be forwarded in writing, by email, to the event contact.
Refunds will be processed within 21 days of cancellation via the same method used for payment, less booking fees.

Event conditions
We reserve the right to change any conditions of entry in order to comply with any government regulations. If we are forced to cancel the event we will refund any ticket purchases in full.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
