General:
Balance Equestrian reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, program, or terms and conditions of the camp as necessary, giving notice to participants where possible.
Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by Balance Equestrian during the camp.
By booking a place at the Balance Equestrian School Holiday Pony Camp, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date of the camp will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total ticket price.
Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start date of the camp will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total ticket price.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the camp start date will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total ticket fee.
The non-refundable deposit mentioned previously will be included in the calculation of the cancellation fee.
Please note that any refunds will be processed within 7 days after the cancellation request is approved.
Photography and Media:
By attending the camp, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes by Balance Equestrian.
Any requests to refrain from being photographed or filmed must be communicated in writing to Balance Equestrian before the start of the camp.
Responsibility and Liability:
All parents/guardians will be asked to sign a waiver prior to the camp commencing via email. This will need to be returned prior to the event.
Balance Equestrian will take all reasonable precautions for the safety and welfare of participants and ponies during the camp.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's compliance with camp rules and regulations and for any actions or damages caused by their child.
Balance Equestrian will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused to any person or property unless resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Health and Safety:
Balance Equestrian reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate the camp for any participant deemed unfit to continue due to health, safety, or behavioral concerns.
Participants are required to wear appropriate riding attire, including helmets (which can be privided if needed), boots, and other protective gear as advised by Balance Equestrian.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
