Terms and Conditions

Thank you for supporting 4th Mordialloc Sea Scouts! All funds raised go towards youth programs, camps and equipment for our group.

1. Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed and paid in full by the advertised cutoff date.

Payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, except where noted below.

Payment methods accepted: TryBooking.

2. Collection and Delivery

Tree collection and delivery will take place on the dates and times advertised.

Deliveries are available within the local area; please ensure someone is home or a safe drop-off location is provided.

4th Mordialloc Sea Scouts are not responsible for trees left unattended after delivery.

If you are collecting your tree, please bring suitable transport and covering (e.g. tarp or blanket) to protect your vehicle.

3. Tree Quality

All trees are fresh, natural Monterey Pines (Pinus radiata), grown locally and hand-cut on Friday 28 November.

As these are natural products, size and shape may vary slightly.

Once collected or delivered, tree care is the responsibility of the purchaser. Tips for keeping your tree fresh will be provided.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled before the cutoff date may be refunded (less any transaction fees).

After the cutoff date, refunds are not available unless 4th Mordialloc Sea Scouts are unable to supply your tree.

In the unlikely event we are unable to provide your tree (e.g. supplier issue, severe weather), a full refund will be issued.

5. Safety

Please take care when handling and installing your tree.

Trees can be heavy, sappy, and may have sharp needles.

Keep trees away from heat sources, open flames, and ensure they are watered regularly to reduce fire risk.
