Tickets are non refundable, unless event is cancelled by organisers
In the event of extreme weather conditions, the event will be postponed to a date within 12 months of planned event date.
If the minimum tickets are not sold by 1st March, the event will be cancelled and purchased tickets refunded (not including booking fee)
All Occasion Events are the hosts of the event only. All venues and A1 Buses will have their own policies in place regarding behavior, serving liquor and liquor licensing.
No alcohol is to be consumed on the A1 bus transfers.
Damages caused by a participant whilst on the A1 bus transfers or venues may result in compensation to be paid by the person/s at fault.
Participants are responsible for their own alcohol intake and behaviour and we shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur as a result of intoxication.
We value respect and kindness on our events. If anyone’s conduct is rude or aggressive towards our organisers, other passengers, or staff at the venues we visit, or puts others (or their property) at risk, we’ll have to say goodbye and ask them to leave. No refunds, and any extra costs are on them.
Unfortunately being a large group we can not cater for coeliac or gluten free dietarys at all venues. Please feel free to email the organiser for menu details.
We may use the information you provide including your name, phone number and email address to contact you with booking information, product updates and promotional information.
All Occasion Events shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
All Occasion Events have the right to alter routes, itinery if unforeseen circumstances arise.
