Cancellations should be made on or 14 days before the commencement of the workshop event date by email.
This event has a non-refundable deposit of $100 on a Fully Paid, Payment Plan and Student Repeat Tickets for all cancellations made.
The balance of booking payments will be refunded.
At the event holder's (Heart Hive) discretion we may transfer a DEPOSIT and Payments ONLY ONCE to another event with a $50 Admin fee charged.
Transferred deposits/payments are non - refundable if the next booking is cancelled at any time or the attendee is a no-show.

The Event Organiser will consider no refunds on NO Cancellation Notice or NO Show to an event.

COVID cancellations due to border closures or restricted travel
Fully Paid tickets will incur a $50 admin fee
Payment Plan Tickets will incur a $50 admin fee
The Event Organiser will offer full refunds if the organiser (Heart Hive) cancels the workshop due to Covid issues, lack of running numbers, or unforeseen circumstances.
