Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the workshop event date.
This event requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 for the Fully Paid Payment Plan and Student Repeat Tickets, regardless of cancellations made.
The balance of the booking payments will be refunded.
At the event holder's discretion (Heart Hive), you may transfer a deposit and payments only once to another event. Transferred deposits and payments are non-refundable if the next booking is cancelled at any time or if the attendee is a no-show.
Cancellations made on or after 7 days before the commencement of the workshop event date.
This event requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 for all cancellations made, regardless of whether the ticket is fully paid, on a payment plan, or for student repeat tickets.
The balance of booking payments will not be refunded.
At the event holder's (Heart Hive) discretion may transfer a Deposit and Payments ONLY ONCE to another event with a $100 Admin fee charged. Transferred deposits/payments are non-refundable if the next booking is cancelled at any time or the attendee is a no-show.
The Event Organiser will consider no refunds for cancellations without notice or no-shows to an event.
Exceptions
COVID cancellations due to border closures or restricted travel
Fully paid tickets will incur a $50 admin fee.
Payment Plan Tickets will incur a $50 admin fee.
The Event Organiser will offer full refunds if the organiser (Heart Hive) cancels the workshop due to Covid issues, lack of running numbers, or unforeseen circumstances.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
