AIHN recommends that you only book accommodation and travel after you have received your confirmation email of registration. AIHN does not accept any responsibility for losses incurred for flights and/or accommodation booked for the conference. AIHN reserves the right to change any of the published conference details without notice to you and have the final say on any matter relating to the conference.

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS
AIHN will only offer a refund or transfer of a registration to another AIHN event if the conference is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated conference), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). AIHN will notify you of such changes as soon as practicable, and you will need to apply for your refund/transfer before the deadline notified to you or if there is none, within a reasonable time. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or transfer request. No refunds can be provided after any stated deadlines or after the rescheduled conference/event date unless required by applicable law.

AIHN does NOT offer refunds for change of mind or changes in your personal circumstances (including not being able to allocate all group registrations). We provide the following alternatives to assist you: (1) Individual registrations can be transferred to another individual to attend the same conference by putting a request in writing to info@innerhealing.org.au. No part registrations are transferable. Only registrations in their entirety are transferable.

MEDICAL TREATMENT CONSENT
Where necessary, I agree that AIHN may authorise on my or my child/ward’s behalf whatever medical treatment that may be required (including, but not limited to, ambulance attendance and hospital treatment) at any time. I agree to pay all medical expenses incurred as a result.

PRIVACY DECLARATION
I understand and accept that AIHN may collect and use information about me or my child/ward for the purpose of providing and offering promotional material and may provide the information to any third party who helps AIHN provide services to you. I consent to my personal details being used for the promotion of future AIHN events and products.

MEDIA WAIVER
The Summit experience will be captured in photographs, video and audio. AIHN reserves the right to use the material for promotional purposes. Images of people attending or participating in these activities may be used in our Social Media, resources, and for other ministry or promotional purposes. I understand it is a condition of all registrants’ entry into the conference that all claims are waived in relation to inclusion of their likeness in such films or recordings. If I am a parent/guardian, I give my permission for my child/ward to be photographed or videotaped. I understand that the image may be displayed in AIHN publications or websites. I understand that as a precaution, names will not be published or linked with photographs.

In signing this form, I acknowledge the registration information is true and correct and I have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions as set above.
