Terms and Conditions for Schools Attending WA Wildlife's Education Programs:
1. Booking Confirmation:
1.1. To secure a booking for WA Wildlife's education programs, guests are required to provide complete and accurate information through the booking form.
1.2. The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1. If a guest wishes to cancel their booking, they must notify WA Wildlife via email or phone as soon as possible.
2.2. Cancellations made with at least 3 business days' notice will receive a full refund of the payment made.
2.3. If the cancellation notice is provided less than 3 business days before the scheduled program, a refund of 75% of the payment made will be granted.
2.4. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or Electronic Funds Transfer.
3. Rescheduling:
3.1. Rescheduling can only be accommodated subject to availability.
3.2. If a rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon, the cancellation policy as outlined in point 2 will apply.
4. Program Changes or Cancellations:
4.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or any factors beyond WA Wildlife's control, such as extreme weather conditions or unavailability of animals, WA Wildlife reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a program.
4.2. Guests will be notified as soon as possible in such circumstances, and alternative arrangements will be sought, if feasible.
4.3. In case of cancellation by WA Wildlife, guests will receive a full refund of the payment made.
5. Code of Conduct:
5.1. Guests attending WA Wildlife's education programs are expected to ensure they behave responsibly, respectfully, and follow instructions given by WA Wildlife staff.
5.2. Any damage to property or harm caused to animals due to the negligence or misconduct of guests will be the responsibility of the guests.
5.3. WA Wildlife reserves the right to remove any guest or entire group from the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or endangering to animals and/or humans.
6. Liability:
6.1. WA Wildlife will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages to persons or property that may occur during or as a result of attending the education programs, unless caused by the negligence of WA Wildlife.
7. Privacy:
7.1. WA Wildlife will collect and store personal information provided by guests solely for the purpose of managing and organising the education programs.
7.2. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
8. Agreement to Terms:
8.1. By booking and attending WA Wildlife's education programs, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. WA Wildlife reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the updated version will be made available on the WA Wildlife website.
