The 'Organiser' refers to Julianne Burgess, trading as 'Forever Curious.'
The 'Ticket holder' refers to the person named on the ticket to this event.
The 'Viewer' refers to any person watching the livestream in part or full.

For copyright and client confidentiality reasons, no part of this event may be recorded by any person, whether a ticket holder, viewer, participant, or Organiser, using any means, whether visual or auditory, digital, analogue or any other method. Recording or transmitting any part of this presentation will be considered a breach of copyright and the ticketholder, viewer and/or persons responsible may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Handouts will be provided by the Organiser, in digital format to all ticket holders. These resources are for the purposes of professional learning and are for the sole use of the ticket holder, as well as any viewers covered by the ticket holder's livestream ticket. Any physical or digital resources provided to ticket holders as part of this seminar may not be reproduced, distributed, on-sold, or uploaded to the internet or social media without the express written permission of the Organiser.

The Organiser is responsible for facilitating the ability of the speaker, Associate Professor Dr Janet Beilby, to communicate with ticket holders and viewers on the topic of stuttering research and practice. The Organiser is not involved in the preparation of, or responsible for the content presented, and does not own the copyright of this presentation.

If the event is cancelled by the Organiser:
You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit for a rescheduled event date.

Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to watch the livestream due to a genuine emergency, please get in contact with the Organiser via email: forever.curious14@gmail.com. Refunds for emergencies or unusual circumstances will be considered on an individual case-by-case basis.
