- Fee: $10.00 per event.

For Parents and Swimmers:
- Seating: There is lots of space at Keilor East Leisure Centre , please bring your own chairs or picnic blankets.

BBQ:
- We will be running a BBQ on the day – sausages in bread will be available to purchase. The Leisure Centre also has a great Kiosk!

Additional Information:
- The club may cancel or change events if necessary.
- Refunds: No refunds will be given – even in the event of inclement weather.
- Late Entries: Accepted at $20 per event if space allows.
- Admission: KELC spectator admission included
