Terms and Conditions  −  Tangaratta Wedding Expo - Vendor Registration

The Vendor refers to the person or business that has registered for a stand at the Tangaratta Vineyards Wedding Expo.
The Venue refers to Tangaratta Vineyards & Function Centre, it's employees and contractors.

The Vendor agrees to attend the Tangaratta Vineyards Wedding Expo during the specified operating times and display relevant
merchandise and paraphernalia to the wedding industry.
The Venue agrees to provide, or make every reasonable attempt to provide to the vendor the preferred site space and location.

Tangaratta Vineyards implements a strong marketing strategy for it's wedding expo to ensure the event's success. No responsibility will be taken for the loss of attendance or loss of profit to any vendor.

Date: Thursday, 20th February 2025
Time: 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Entry Fee: $10.00 (vendors exempt)
Event CoOrdinator: Hannah Caterer, Business Owner

Any person or business must register to become a vendor at the Tangaratta Vineyards Wedding Expo and must register by completing the
following:
*Vendor's Registration Form
*Payment of vendor fee and/or hire items
*Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency (minimum $20million)
*Food handling certificate's if serving food
* Short bio of your business and links to your website & social media

Note: No Alcohol is to be brought onto or sold on the venue premises.

All of the above must be received in the full by the venue by 1st February 2025 for the site to be confirmed.
In the event the vendor cancels their attendance and booked site at the expo, the vendor's fees will not be refunded.
The Vendor authorises that any photographic and video material taken during the event will be used by it's owner or the venue for any marketing or promotional purposes on social platforms and/or printed material.
The Vendor must keep their allocated site tidy and follow all work health and safety regulations, at all times, including but not limited to
ensuring all power cords, power boards, cables and items are kept in a manner that will not be a hazard to self and others.

Vendor's sites must be set up prior to the expo commencing at 5:30pm and must not be dismantled prior to the expo's finish time of
8:30pm. If you require special consideration to leave early, please contact Hannah at Tangaratta Vineyards prior to the expo date.

Each site will generally be approximately 2.5m x 2.5m. Variations may occur in different locations. Larger sites are available upon request
with prior arrangement.

Indoor sites are available in the Function Centre. No attaching any items to walls, ceilings or any other fixture without approval of the Event CoOrdinator.

Outdoor Sites are available on dedicated areas on the lawns. Please provide your own marquee/gazebo, if required. Pegs or pickets hammered into the ground, need prior approved by the Event CoOrdinator.

Strictly, one vendor per site as per the Vendor's Registration Form.
Vendors can promote other businesses using business cards and flyers only.

Powered sites are available upon request with prior arrangement (using the vendor registration form). All power boards and cords are to be provided by Tangaratta Vineyards only. Fees apply.
One trestle table (6ft) and up to two chairs (white Bistro Outdoor) are available upon request. Fees apply.
One tablecloth (white long or round) are available upon request. Fees apply.

All vehicles must remain in the designated areas, shown on the map provided. No cars are to be parked on the main lawn at any time. No exceptions.

The Venue will provide the registered vendors with the following:

Vendor Site Booking Confirmation
Venue Map
Tax Receipt
Tangaratta Vineyards Wedding Expo Media Kit
Requested site location and size
Complimentary Tea & Coffee (during the event)

The Venue reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as required at any time.
The Venue may re-allocate or change the location of a vendor's site, in unforeseen circumstances.
The Venue may cancel a vendor's site if necessary, at any time.

In the event the expo is cancelled by the venue, they reserve the right to postpone the date. Vendors will be notified.
If the expo is cancelled due to circumstances beyond it's control, all fees will be retained by the venue and will be transferrable to the
rescheduled expo date.
The venue, it's employees and contractors will follow all work health and safety policies and any recommended governmental health
guidelines.

All fees are non-refundable.

Registration Fee: $200.00 inc. GST
Powered Site: $25.00 inc. GST (2.5m power cord & power board provided)
Table & Chairs: $20.00 inc. GST (1 x 6ft trestle table & 2 x White BistroOutdoor Chairs)
Tablecloth: $8.00 incl. GST (1 x White Long or Round)

The Vendor is responsible for any damage caused to the Venue's property, including but not limited to equipment and materials.
The Venue and it's employees or contractors will not be held responsible for damages to the Vendor's sites caused by loss, natural
disaster, water, strikes, riots, or any cause.

Except as stated herein, Tangaratta Vineyards & Function Centre makes no representations, conditions, or warranties regarding the expo.
The Venue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the expo or it's cancellation.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify the Venue against any costs, damages, claims, or proceedings arising from such circumstances.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
