Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be provided except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future event date.

Attendance: Attendees are required to present either a digital or printed copy of their ticket for entry to the event.

Door Sales: Door sales will be available if there is space, but this is not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your place.

Behaviour: Respectful and peaceful behaviour is expected from all attendees. The organiser reserves the right to remove anyone who disrupts the event without a refund.

Health & Safety:
Attendees participate at their own risk. It is advised to consult your healthcare provider if you have any pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by sound frequencies. Binaural Beats and certain sound frequencies may have unintended effects on individuals with a history of photosensitive epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other mental health conditions, including clinical depression. These frequencies can potentially trigger reactions similar to those caused by strobe lights or visual stimuli in sensitive individuals. If you experience dizziness, discomfort, or any adverse effects during the event, please inform the event staff immediately.

Photography and Media: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise upon entry.

Personal Belongings: The event organisers are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

Age Restrictions: This event is suitable for attendees aged 18 and above unless otherwise specified in the event details.

Event Timings: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late entry may be restricted to avoid disruption.

COVID-19 Policy: Any COVID-19 safety protocols in place at the time of the event must be adhered to by all attendees. Refunds will not be given for non-compliance.
