1. Entries are open to registered and non-registered members of Swimming Victoria, or equivalent state body.

2. The meet will be conducted under the rules of Swimming Victoria Inc. And Australian Swimming Inc.

3. All events will be swum as timed finals.

4. Swimmers can only enter in their own age group. Age as at Sunday 2 March 2025.

5. Non-Registered Swimmers to enter using the Trybooking link.

6. Cost per event is $12.00 (includes GST) plus Trybooking fee

7. Free Entry for spectators.

7. No late, phone or emailed entries will be accepted.

8. Online entries close midday Monday 17 February 2025 or prior if capacity is reached.

9. We are unable to either follow up or refund incorrect entries.

10. No refunds will be given for withdrawals.

11. The club reserves the right to cancel or alter any event.

13. The Meet Program and Timeline will be sent to all entered swimmers on Thursday 27 February 2025.
