✅ Do’s
Follow staff instructions at all times. Our guides and farm staff are there for your safety.
Stay seated during the ride. Keep hands, feet, and belongings inside the trailer.
Wear appropriate clothing. Farm areas can be dusty or muddy — closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Respect the animals. Please be quiet and calm around livestock — sudden movements or loud noises can frighten them.
Supervise children. Kids must stay with parents or guardians at all times.
Dispose of rubbish properly. We recommend you dispose of it in the cafe before the tour starts. Help us keep the farm clean and safe for everyone.
Please only feed or touch the animals when invited by a staff member

🚫 Don’ts
No pets allowed on the tractor or in farm animal areas (to protect livestock health and biosecurity).
No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs during the tour.
Do not climb on fences, gates, or farm machinery.
Do not bring food into restricted animal zones. We understand the babies and toddlers might need a snack, keep them in the bag and don't eat them in front of the animals.
Do not wander off from the group. The farm is a working site with vehicles and equipment in operation.
Do not attend if you have been exposed to farm or wildlife areas in another country within 30 days in the same footwear.
Do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

By purchasing a ticket for the Caldermeade Farm Tractor Tour, visitors acknowledge that they understand and agree to follow all farm safety guidelines, and participate at their own risk. Caldermeade Farm & Café reserves the right to modify or cancel tours for safety, weather, or animal welfare reasons.
