Try Booking – Event T&C’s
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the event and must be presented at the time of admission, if requested.
2. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
3. A customer may request a refund for their ticket if they notify the event organiser at least 7 days prior to the event date. There will be no refund of any ticket if a request is received less than 7 days prior to the event, unless under certain circumstances or at the discretion of the event organiser.
4. The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue or other details as necessary. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all customers.
5. If a customer has purchased a book with their ticket, the full amount will be refunded if the customer has provided more than 7 days’ notice prior to the event and if the event organiser has exercised its rights pursuant to clause 4 above.
6. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
7. The event organiser hosting this event is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If a customer has any questions regarding this event, then they should contact eventscoordinator@dymocks.com.au
8. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any customer at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket.
9. The event organiser has all rights to film, photograph and video production of this event which can be used by the event organiser for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotional catalogues, public media, social media, website and other material to promote the events held by the event organiser.
