Management Reserves Rights To Entry. This is an all ages event. Kids 5 & under receive free entry (must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket, individual seats not provided for Kids tickets under 5). Meet & Greet Photos with artist will be held Table By Table (all guests from one table at a time, approx Group of 10 ). No Selfies. Meet and Greet will be announced on stage and management takes no responsibility if a patron misses out on this opportunity or does not attend photo area when announcement is made.
Seating zones advertised will be positioned from stage in hierarchy of ticket category, higher zones being closer to the stage and/or with an improved view. Purchase dates of tickets may be referred to when allocating Rows for ticket buyers. Sponsors Zone seating will be closest to stage and will be given priority over ticketed seating and when photos are taken with artist. Ticket Zone positioning may change depending on operational viability.
Patrons must behave orderly at all times & respect other guests & staff around them. Incase of public disorder artist may leave at her discretion for personal safety. Whilst every effort will be made to have the Artist take photos, Meet & Greet component of every ticket has no cash value and artist appearance on stage presenting as a photo opportunity may be deemed as meet and greet.

Dinner Menu will be indicatively a 3 Course Indian Meal,4 Mains & 4 Starters (at least one from each will be vegetarian)

Operational settings may change as per event requirements and at management or organisers discretion. Organiser can not be held liable in case of any changes to operational timings, date, venue, settings or incase of changes to artist schedule. Organiser will behave reasonably and in good faith at all times. Patrons previously barred by Urban Desi may be denied entry and have their tickets cancelled.
