**Terms and Conditions for Dice Making Class**

**1. Registration and Payment:**
- Participants must register online or contact us at chaoticgoob@gmail.com to secure a spot in the class.
- Full payment is required upon registration to confirm enrolment.
- Payments are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the organiser.

**2. Class Schedule:**
- The class consists of two evening sessions from 7 PM to 10 PM, held a week apart.
- Participants are expected to attend both sessions.

**3. Safety Guidelines:**
- All participants must wear provided protective gear (googles gloves, masks) while handling resin and other materials. For optimal protection, we recommend being clean-shaven during the session, as a respiratory mask will be worn. If you are not clean-shaven, please be aware that the mask’s seal may be compromised, and participation will be at your own risk.
- Participants will be working in a well-ventilated area and must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
- The organiser is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from improper use of materials or failure to follow safety guidelines.

**4. Materials and Supplies:**
- All necessary materials and supplies (resin, silicone mould, pigments, mixing tools, etc.) will be provided.
- Participants are responsible for handling materials with care and following the instructor's guidelines.

**5. Conduct:**
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and fellow participants.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.

**6. Cancellation and Refunds:**
- If the class is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund.
- Participants who need to cancel their registration must do so at least 48 hours before the first session to receive a partial refund of 50%. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the class start.

**7. Intellectual Property:**
- The content of the class, including techniques and materials provided, is the intellectual property of the organiser. Participants may not reproduce or distribute class materials without permission.

**8. Liability:**
- The organiser is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the class.
- Participants assume all risks associated with the use of materials and participation in the class.
- Participants are encouraged to wear old clothes or clothes they don't mind getting dirty. Working with resin and other materials can sometimes get messy, and the organiser is not responsible for any damage to clothing during the class.

**9. Photography and Media:**
- The organiser may take photographs or videos during the class for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the organiser before the class begins.

**10. Age Restrictions:**
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to enrol in the class.
