Photography and Filming

Please be aware that staff will be taking professional photographs and video footage throughout this event. These images will be used by Soldier On Australia for promotional purposes, including on our website, in social media posts, and within our printed marketing materials to help share the impact of our programs.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify one of our staff members or the event photographer upon your arrival so we can ensure your privacy is respected.

In addition to placing this text on the event page itself, please also add it to the Terms and Conditions section within TryBooking for all upcoming events. If possible, I would appreciate being added to the Terms and Conditions template to ensure this language is included automatically for all future bookings.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
