By attending the SJ Dance 2025 Open and Enrolment Day, including participating in any workshops or classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Liability Waiver: Participation in dance classes and activities involves inherent risks. By attending this event, participants and their parents/guardians agree to waive any claims against SJ Dance, its staff, or instructors for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event.

Photography and Media Consent: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of these images or videos by SJ Dance for marketing, social media, and other promotional materials.

Supervision: Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times when not participating in a scheduled class or activity.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, participants, and the property. SJ Dance reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.

Health and Safety: Participants must inform staff of any pre-existing medical conditions prior to participating in any classes or workshops.
