Terms and Conditions – Brisbane Irish Festival Charity Ball 2025
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Brisbane Irish Festival Charity Ball 2025 (the “Event”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions outlined by our ticketing agent, TryBooking.

1. Tickets and Entry
1.1. All tickets should be checked at the time of purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
1.2. You are responsible for ensuring your tickets, as purchased through TryBooking, are available at the Event. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for lost or stolen tickets or failure to present tickets at the Event.
1.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate e-ticket information (e.g., email address) to ensure the timely delivery of tickets.

2. Fees and Refund Policy
2.1. In addition to the ticket price, booking fees, transaction fees, and other supplementary charges may apply. These fees are non-refundable.
2.2. Refunds may be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of the Organiser. Requests for refunds must be submitted prior to 26th February 2025. No refunds will be provided after this date or after the Event has taken place.
2.3. If the Event is rescheduled or relocated, you may retain or exchange your tickets for the new date/location.
2.4. If the Event is cancelled, you may choose to transfer your ticket to a future event or request a refund for the ticket price only. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Event Operations
3.1. The Event will adhere to Queensland Government Guidelines regarding COVID-19 and operate under a COVID-Safe Plan.
3.2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee for the following reasons:

Appearing intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
Showing symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., high temperature, persistent cough)
Behaving dangerously, inappropriately, or causing nuisance, damage, or annoyance
Failure to comply with reasonable requests from the Organiser

4. Liability and Conduct
4.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
4.2. Visitors may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for broadcast, publication, or security purposes by the Organiser, sponsors, or partners.
4.3. Animals are not permitted at the Event, except for guide, assistance, or hearing dogs.

5. Travel and Accessibility
5.1. Attendees are advised to check Event details, timings, and car parking charges prior to traveling, as these may be subject to change.
5.2. The Organiser is not responsible for delays caused by travel disruptions.

6. Contact Information, Dietary Requirements, and Seating
6.1. It is your responsibility to provide the Organiser with accurate contact information and any dietary requirements at the time of ticket purchase. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate your needs.
6.2. If you are purchasing individual tickets, we will do our best to seat you next to the people you have requested. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

By attending the Brisbane Irish Festival Charity Ball 2025, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
