Important Information for the Event:

Organic Colours:
All our colours are organic. However, due to the different skin types, the colours may not fully wash off immediately and might remain for a couple of days. This could occur if someone brings non-organic colours, despite our checks. Please note that we cannot guarantee that only our organic colours will be used, and we are not responsible for any reactions if non-organic colours are thrown by others.

Onsite Colours for Sale:
Only colours sold by the Platinum Event Services will be available for purchase at the event. The sales are for covering the event costs. Outside colours are strictly prohibited.

Responsibility for Kids:
Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not throw colours on others.

Correct Information for Booking:
Please provide accurate information when booking tickets so we can contact you in case of any changes.

Refund Policy:
All tickets are non-refundable .

Ticket Resale:
Reselling tickets is not allowed due to illegal sale practices.

Event Restrictions:
This is a family-friendly event. The use of drugs, alcohol, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Bag Checks:
Bag checks will be conducted at the event entry.

Compliance with Guidelines:
All attendees must follow event management and government guidelines, including any COVID-19 restrictions that may apply on the day of the event.

Management Rights:
Platinum Event Services Management reserves the right to manage entry and impose additional rules to ensure the smooth operation of the event.

Health and Safety:
You agree to observe the health and safety of yourself and others during the event.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:

If the event is cancelled, all money will be refunded except the Try booking booking fees.
If the event is postponed, no money will be refunded.
