In the event of extreme heat, we may need to adjust our tour schedule to ensure the well-being of all participants.


House Guided Tours: These tours will not run if the temperature reaches 37°C or above. In such cases, guests will automatically be provided with an audio guide for a self-guided experience instead of the live guided tour.

Garden Tours: These tours will not run if the temperature reaches 36°C or above. If a garden tour is canceled due to high temperatures, guests will have the option to reschedule to another available date.

We appreciate your understanding and will endeavor to contact participants the day before the tour in case of extreme weather.
