Cancellation Policy
• If the registrant can’t attend for any reason, they are able to substitute, by arrangement with WASLA, someone else to attend their place and their selected workshops.
• Cancel more than 21 days before the event, registrants are eligible for an 100% refund.
• Cancel between 14 and 20 days prior to event, registrants are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancel between 8 and 13 days prior to the event, registrants are eligible for a 30% refund.
• Cancel less than 7 days before the event, registrants are no longer eligible for any refunds.
