FAQ’s

Is there an age limit?
No! All children under 12 years of age need to be supervised by an adult
All children participating in the run must be registered, unless in a pram (parent to indicate upon registration)

Where do I park?
The Rockhampton Kershaw Gardens offers an abundance of free parking spaces, very close to the event
Surrounding streets

Will there be food & drinks?
Water stations will be available along the course
Please note that it is a DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE EVENT!

What can I wear?
Old, white clothing is the best option as the powder may stain
There is no secure storage available. Please do not bring any valuables with you or leave them in your car. No responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to possessions.
Ensure you have suitable footwear for running (be aware that they may get some powder on them)

Are spectators, parents and prams allowed?
Spectators are more than welcome to come along and enjoy the fun!
Parental supervision is required for children under 12 years of age (all runners under 18 years must have a parent/guardian sign for them).
You can run with a pram or a stroller as long as an adult or responsible person is in control of the vehicle.

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets allowed!

Will the event still go ahead in wet/damp weather conditions?
In the event of bad weather, the run will be postponed to a later date or cancelled. This will be advised to people via our Facebook page and email. If the weather is looking bad, please check our Facebook page regularly

Is the event timed?
No the event is not timed. It is all about having fun, being active and getting colourful! If you choose to run and want it timed, this would be at your own discretion.

Is my ticket refundable?
Unfortunately we cannot issue anyone a refund due to the online registration process.

Can I register on the day?
If the event is not sold out then YES you are able to purchase tickets on the day (colour packets may not be available). We will keep you updated on our Facebook page.

Can my kids ride a scooter or a bike?
No bikes or scooters are not permitted as it would be too dangerous for the other runners/walkers/dancers participating in the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
