Tours of the Original Housemuseum - Terms & Conditions:

1. This ticket is proof of purchase for your guided tour. Only one person per ticket is permitted for entry.
2. This ticket includes admission to the ‘Tour of the Original Housemuseum’ and entry to the current exhibition at the adjacent Galleries.
3. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Lyon Housemuseum. Refund requests cannot be accepted within 2 weeks of the tour date.
4. Your ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is subject to the Terms & Conditions of TryBooking.
5. Please note that the tours will begin promptly at the time indicated on your ticket. Late arrivals and non-attendees will not be eligible for a refund.
6. The Lyon Housemuseum reserves the right to refuse entry. Individuals displaying disruptive behaviour, intoxication, threats, or unruliness will be asked to leave the premises and will not be eligible for a refund.
7. The Lyon Housemuseum reserves all rights to film, photograph and produce video content during the tour.
8. Any data collected for marketing purposes during tours will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) (PDP Act).
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of a tour, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to ticket holders. Ticket processing fees are non-refundable as stated in the TryBooking Terms & Conditions.
