Ticket Transfer Policy:
• Tickets are not-transferable. You cannot sell your ticket to another person.

Ticket Cancellation Policy:
• If a cancellation is received less than a week before the commencement of a workshop, payment will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee.
• If a cancellation is received less than 48hrs before the commencement of a workshop, no refund of workshop payment will be given.
• If we cancel the workshop, a full refund will be given.

- you are feeling unwell
- you have received a positive COVID-19 test result in the past fortnight, unless you have also achieved a negative RAT result in the 7 - 14 days since your positive result.

Refusal of Entry: If you refuse to follow the CI Melb Code of Conduct (Jam Guidelines and COVIDsafe Policy), you will be asked to leave.
