You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing us on physiosim@svhm.org.au

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 80% of the registration fee.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.

For registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event there will be no refund, however you may substitute an attendee at anytime by emailing us.

St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne reserves the right to cancel the course up until the 25th of Sept 2023 if insufficient registrations have been received. In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled all registration fee's paid will be refunded to all participants.
