RSL LifeCare Limited is holding a fundraising charity Golf Day to benefit veteran services on 1 April, 2025 (“Event”);
2) Donors have donated certain prizes (“Prizes”) available to winners as a game of skill.
3) Prizes are awarded on an “as is, where is” basis and RSL LifeCare Limited makes no representations as to the suitability of the Prizes.
4) Winners are responsible for ensuring that they can comply with the terms and conditions (such as travel dates etc) linked to each Prize);
5) RSL LifeCare Limited reserve the right to withdraw any Prize up to the completion of the event.
6) Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
a) The Straightest Drive- The winner will be the drive measured closest to the white line down the assigned fairway.
b) Nearest the pin- Closest tee shot measured to the front of the cup
c) Hole in One- The winner will be the first golfer to achieve a hole in one on the designated hole. Separate Terms and Conditions apply.
7) All prizes are open to both Male and Female golfers, although the tee shots for each may be at different locations.
8) Decisions will be final on the winning shots and adjudicated by Cromer Golf Staff
9) In no event shall RSL LifeCare Limited be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damages or similar arising out of this Event.
10) The laws applicable in NSW govern these Terms and Conditions and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
