Vessels shall be operated at all times in accordance with the requirements of the Victorian Marine Safety Act 2010 and Regulations, and the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015.
The skipper of the vessel shall attend briefings for on water events and act in accordance with the instructions of the Paynesville Classic Boat Rally Water Marshall.
All entrants are responsible for the safe operation of their vessel and indemnify PCBR for any damage, injury or other loss.
The Water Marshall may modify or cancel all or parts of the programme to maintain the safety of this event. There shall be no refunds for cancellations or modifications of the programme made in order to maintain safety.
Refunds for cancellations made by entrants will be at the discretion of PCBR committee.

PCBR retains the right to use photographs and other information provided for publicity and promotion.
We will edit storyboard and website submissions to exclude personal information or proposals for sale of a boat.
You may attach an A4 'for sale' sign to your boat.
