By purchasing a ticket and attending the Empowering Women Summit 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticketing & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval.
2. Event Changes & Cancellation
Melbourne Centre for Women’s Mental Health reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be processed.
3. Code of Conduct
The summit is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and attendees may be removed at the discretion of the organisers.
4. Photography & Media Release
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes by Melbourne Centre for Women’s Mental Health. Images and recordings may be used across social media, websites, print materials, and other promotional channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival.
5. Liability Waiver
Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or personal belongings during the event.
6. Data Privacy
Your contact details may be used to send event-related updates and future promotional materials. You may opt out at any time.
By proceeding with ticket purchase and event attendance, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
