Cancellations and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be advised in writing to Glen Thiele e:afinswtreasurer@outlook.com. Registration cancellations received by Thursday 18 September 2025 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $120. Refunds for cancellations received after Thursday 18 September 2025 will be at the discretion of the meeting committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the meeting. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the AFI 2025 conference secretariat is advised in writing.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
