Terms and Conditions for the Learn to Roller Skate Program

1. Program Overview
The "Learn to Roller Skate" program is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of roller skating in a safe and enjoyable environment.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 5 years old to enrol in this program. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced skaters.

3. Registration
a. Participants must complete the registration form and pay the applicable fees before attending the program.
b. Registration is subject to availability, and spots are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
c. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Notifications will be sent as soon as possible.

4. Fees
a. The program fee is $100 for 5 weeks and covers all scheduled classes.
b. Fees are non-refundable except in circumstances where the program is canceled by the organizers.
c. Additional fees may apply for any special events or skate rentals not included in the registration fee.

5. Liability Waiver
Participants must sign a liability waiver recognizing the risks associated with roller skating and releasing the program organizers from any liability for injuries sustained during the program.

6. Health and Safety
a. Participants are required to wear appropriate safety gear, including helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads, at all times during classes.
b. If a participant has a pre-existing medical condition, they must inform the instructors before participating in the program.

7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors and fellow participants. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

8. Photography and Video Recording
Participants give permission for the program organizers to take photographs or recordings during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructors prior to the start of the program.

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or during the program.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NWS. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NSW.
