More than 7 days from event, full refund, less TryBooking system booking and payment processing fees.
Within 7 to 3 days of event, 50% refund, less TryBooking system booking and payment processing fees.
Less than 3 days from event, no refund due to costs incurred.


Refund policy online events:
More than 7 days from event, full refund, less TryBooking system booking and payment processing fees.
Within 7 to 2 days of event, 50% refund, less TryBooking system booking and payment processing fees.
Less than 2 days from event, no refund. A credit will be offered for a future event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
