Ticket sales
1.1. All tickets must be purchased through the designated TryBooking link or at the door from 7.00pm on the day of the event.
1.2. A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the event. Digital or printed tickets are accepted.
1.3. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without a valid ticket or who does not comply with venue policies.
Refunds & Transfers
2.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
2.2. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
2.3. Tickets are transferable to another attendee but cannot be resold for a profit.
Event Changes & Cancellations
3.1. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to performance line-up and schedule, without prior notice.
3.2. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Venue Policies & Conduct
4.1. Attendees must comply with all venue policies, including health and safety regulations.
4.2. Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
4.3. Alcohol consumption may be subject to licensing restrictions. Attendees must adhere to all relevant laws and venue regulations.
Liability & Responsibility
5.1. Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event, except as required by law.
5.2. Personal belongings are the responsibility of attendees, and the organiser is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Photography & Recording
6.1. The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, ticket holders consent to the use of their image in future promotional materials.
6.2. Attendees may take personal photos and videos but must not obstruct others’ views or use professional equipment without prior approval.
Privacy
7.1. Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for event administration and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
