For quick entry through the gates, please make sure you have your ticket (printed or on smart phone) ready for scanning at the ticket booth. By checking in at the show, every adult ticket holder automatically enters our draw for a share in $4000 worth of vouchers to be spent at any of our general sponsors. You do not need to be present at the draw to win, winners will be announced at the event but also contacted privately.

Every person entering the gate requires a ticket. This includes children, even though primary school aged children or younger are free, please have a ticket for them to enter as well. Please do not give your ticket to another person.

If you are feeling unwell in anyway, please do not attend our show. We will miss you but it is important not to spread any illness. If you purchase a ticket but cannot attend, you can apply for a refund either through the Trybooking process (see ticket email) or by contacting the show within three days of the show in writing requesting a refund. This will be confirmed with our checkin information before a refund will be made.

Please download the Emerald Show App, available on Google Play and Apple App Store and make sure notifications are turned on to receive all the latest information before and during the show. We will also put any updates on our social media pages and website.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
