Archery Ascension Centre Incorporated Waiver: HORSEMANSHIP

I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a member of Archery Ascension when purchasing this ticket.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in horsemanship activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, kicks, bites, and other risks associated with handling and riding horses. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation.

Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in horsemanship activities and to use the facilities and equipment of Archery Ascension, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Archery Ascension,, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activities.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archery Ascension against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, participant negligence or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf.
