Terms and Conditions of Participation
1. The child must be accompanied and supervised by either a parent or guardian at all times during the event.
2. By participating in the event, the parent or guardian agree to release and hold harmless Lisa O’Rourke trading as Rock ‘N’ Toddle Holdings Pty Ltd and any of her employees and/or agents from any liability to the extent permitted by law. The child and their parent or guardian also waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any rights to any causes of action that the child may have now or in the future against Lisa O’Rourke trading as Rock ‘N’ Toddle Pty Ltd and any of her employees and/or agents.
3. The parent or guardian consent to the child’s participation in any of the physical activities during the event. However, the child must not participate in the physical activities if the child is feeling unwell, is sick or has any known affecting medical condition(s)
